We are proud to produce top quality pizzas baked in our 3-ton, handmade stone brick oven – shipped directly from Italy! Our aim is to ensure every customer feels welcomed and leaves satisfied knowing that only high quality ingredients are used. After all, if we wouldn’t serve it to our kids, we won’t serve it to you. It’s that simple.
Our menu offers a variety of starters, salads, desserts and a wide range of artisan pizzas to satisfy even the most demanding diners. We also have a unique selection of speciality pizzas from around the world that will have you back for more!
Our pizza desserts are stunning and a must try to finish off your meal. We make a mouth watering Nutella pizza topped with icing sugar, and vanilla bean ice cream, which is a favorite dessert amongst our young customers.

Delivery Orders can be placed Sunday to Thursday 4 pm – 9.30 pm, Friday- Saturday 4pm- 10pm, 7 days a week.
For large catering orders we encourage our customers to call in advance to ensure your delivery request is processed on time.
We deliver within a 3 km radius in Vancouver and within a 5 km radius in Surrey, Langley, New Westminster & North Vancouver for a minimum purchase of $25. A delivery charge of $3.95 will be applied.
Due to ongoing challenges in securing delivery drivers, Captain Ovens Pizza occasionally partners with third-party services such as Uber and Skip for deliveries. To take advantage of Captain Oven Pizza special pricing, these orders must be placed through our official website portal.

Delivery is dependent on availability. All Captain’s Oven meals are refrigerated until baked and packaged for the customer. All meals are quality checked before being sent to our customer. Captain’s Oven Pizza strives to make deliveries within the estimated time given to the customer.
We also work in Partnership with 3rd Party delivery services from 11am- 9pm. Captain’s Oven Pizza is not responsible for 3rd Party platform delivery drivers.
3rd Party delivery services hold sole responsibility of delivery times, safe food handling, including temperature maintenance, quality of presentation.
We encourage customers to order directly by calling Captain’s Oven Pizza or place orders via our online platform to ensure you avail of our quality and food presentation.
Nevin Fernandes began her culinary career as an apprentice for a restaurateur in the heart of Istanbul, Turkey. This experience kindled a passion for the culinary arts and the hospitality industry. After training hospitality in the UK, Nevin joined Royal Caribbean Cruise line and set sail for Italy, where she experienced world class service and food.. She fell in love with Italian cuisine during her travels and learned the fine art of making pasta, pizza and Italian delicacies.
It was in Naples, that she dreamed about opening her own “Farm to Table” pizzeria where only the highest quality local ingredients will be used.
After settling in Canada, Nevin joined the Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver working at their world-renowned restaurant, Market by Jean Georges restaurant. Here she developed her strong customer service skills wowing customers for almost a decade. She then gained additional experience as a pizzaiolo at Famoso Pizzeria, which was instrumental in establishing her own restaurant. She and her brother, Suleyman Ebcin, worked together at Famoso pizzeria, where this brother-sister combination flourished. Suleyman also worked as a Pizzaiolo at Pacifo Pizzeria in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Suleyman’s mission was to use the most authentic Neapolitan cuisine and cater it to Canadian taste buds. The idea of Captain’s Oven Pizza was born.
With customers driving over an hour to have their favorite pie a year later, they decided to open a second location in the Vancouver downtown core. Nevin and Suleyman have infused flavors from their travels to Italy and around the world into every single pizza they serve their customers.
In 2019, Nevin and Suleyman opened Captain’s Oven Pizza in Surrey BC located in the health district at City Center 2.

Nevin and Suleyman are constantly looking for opportunities to give back to the community by preparing food for various organizations such as Covenant House Vancouver, Knights of Columbus, schools, and hospitals. This also allows them to channel their culinary expertise for a good cause.
