How big are your pizzas?
Our pizzas are made to be enjoyed in different sizes Small, Medium and Large and is right in the range of a traditional Neapolitan pizza. We also have selected slice options. We toss our pizzas by hand, so the size and shape can vary slightly.
How fast do your pizzas cook?
Our pizzas cook in just two minutes, just like traditional Neapolitan pizza. This quick baking style ensures a chewy but crisp crust and fresh tasting toppings.
Is that a wood fired oven?
Our revolutionary oven is custom made for Captain’s Oven and is powered by gas. However, the design is based on the traditional wood-fired ovens of Italy. Our oven is exported from Regello in Tuscanny. Up to 1,000 degree temperature allows for perfect baking of our pizza every time.
Can I order online or over the phone for pickup?
Yes, we do offer online ordering. An individual order will be prepared most quickly in person as our pizzas are baked in just two minutes, you are welcome to call us to arrange large orders.
Do you deliver?
We do offer delivery within a 6 km radius for a minimum delivery fee. For large orders for $100 and above we offer delivery up to 8 km radius for a minimum delivery fee. For any other deliver requests please contact the respective locations directly or email us at captainsovenpizza@gmail.com
Do you cater?
We are happy to prepare a large order for pick-up or delivery please contact the restaurant directly to place an order. For any catering requests during the day before 4pm we would be delighted to do delivery. Minimum order amount of $150. Please note a 10% service fee is added for any orders before 4pm.
I have gluten allergies. What can I eat?
We offer a gluten free pizza crust. However, please note that Captain’s Oven is not a gluten free environment.
If I’m a vegan or vegetarian, what can I eat?
We offer vegan cheese and you can customize your pizza to make it both vegan and vegetarian – just avoid the meats (if vegetarian). Also our salads can be customized to suit your dietary needs.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, gift cards can be purchased inside any of our restaurants.
Can I start a Captain’s Oven Pizza franchise?
Thank you for your interest. At present, we have chosen not to franchise any Captain’s Oven Restaurants.
